On a small island in Southeast Asia grows an incredible organic coffee that must be tried to be believed. Over 400 years ago Portuguese explorers introduced the coffee plant to the island of Timor. Today, this small, independent nation boasts over seven thousand small farmers who all contribute to our Organic Timor Fair-Trade Coffee. The farmers all work together within 16 co-ops and 494 farmer groups to operate the mills they use to wet-process their coffees.
