Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At GourmetCoffee.net, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with the quality of your order, we’ll make it right—with a refund or exchange, no hassle required. Just follow the steps below to begin your return.
1. Request a Return Authorization
Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Service Team at 678.807.0868 or contact@GourmetCoffee.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to write this number clearly on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.
2. Return the Product
To qualify for a refund or exchange, you’ll need to send back either an unopened package or at least 80% of the original contents. Here's what that means by weight:
6 oz from a ½-pound bag
12 oz from a 1-pound bag
4 lbs from a 5-pound bag
We’re unable to process returns without the product on hand.
3. Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll either issue your refund or send your replacement product—whichever you prefer.
If Your Shipment Arrives Damaged
Please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving a damaged shipment. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a prompt replacement. Unfortunately, claims made outside this window cannot be honored.
Shipping & Return Costs
Unless the return is due to damage, all shipping costs are non-refundable. That includes the original delivery, your return shipping, and any cost to ship a replacement. We also recommend insuring your return—customers are responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
