The syrups we purchase are wonderful!!! We have no complaints for the most part. They are shipped in a timely manner, and always taste great! The only reason we didn't give you a 5 star rating is one of our bottles seal wasn't all the way sealed and about 1 to 1 1/2 ozs of product leaked out during shipping which left a little bit of a mess. Our advice is for someone to always check the seals before they ship.

Shipment received but one of the coffee syrup bottles was broken on arrival.

I believe this is my fourth order from Gourmet Coffee.net. We have been satisfied with the products sent. Our most recent shipment has a broken glass bottle (one of the six) in the box. I called customer service yesterday & left a message but have not heard back from the office yet. I also sent an e-mail yesterday regarding this issue but again, have not heard back from anyone. All I requested, was that another bottle be sent for replacement of the broken one.

I bought the syrup assortment to host a hot cocoa bar for a party...I have since taken it to work to celebrate a Friday and loaned it to friends so that they could hold a party. I would not hesitate to ordeeer from Gourmet Coffee.

Purchased these products (two cases - Toffee Nut and Amaretto) for the wife to make flavored coffees. There's a lot to be said for making your own. These are quality syrups and the per case price can't be beat. They are sent to you in well protected, stable and secure packaging.
I had searched the internet for syrups and as luck would have it, I found Gourmet Coffee. I'm very glad I did - it is a quality company with very good products and service.

- They do not control this: FedEx shipping. They should offer the customer a choice of who delivers. I would not recommend FedEx shipping.
